This document defines the general terms and conditions of sale and use of the website www.cameofactorydepaola.it (hereinafter “Site”), operated by:

Access to and use of the Site, as well as purchase of the products offered, implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the user (hereinafter “Customer”).
2. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The object of this contract is the sale of handcrafted products (cameos, corals, jewelry) offered through www.cameofactorydepaola.it.
3. CONDIZIONI DI ACQUISTO
Purchases are permitted only to users of legal age. Each order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The main features of the products and their prices are given in the product sheet. Photographs are for illustrative purposes and do not constitute a contractual element.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are shown separately before order confirmation.

Payments must be made at the time of order. Orders without valid payment will not be processed.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and will be indicated during the purchase process. Cameos and Corals srl is not liable for delays due to force majeure or third-party carriers.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without penalty and without giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written notice to:

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or personalized items

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
7. LEGAL WARRANTY
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as per Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code.
Customers have the right to have defective goods repaired or replaced at no extra cost. Alternatively, a price reduction or a contract termination may be requested in certain cases.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Cameos and Corals srl shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the Site or of purchased products, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site (images, texts, logos, trademarks, videos, designs, etc.) is the exclusive property of Cameos and Corals srl or its respective owners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples, Italy.
12. AMENDMENTS
Cameos and Corals srl reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the Site.
